About
How we work: an operated casting marketplace for the Chandigarh tri-city region. The agency curates every shortlist, verifies every profile, and sits between client and talent on every booking.
Casting Platform casts music videos, commercials, brand films, fashion shoots and UGC in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and travels across Punjab for work that needs it. On one side are people who want paid, professional work without handling negotiation. On the other are labels, brands and production houses who need the right faces, free on the right dates, with the paperwork done.
We are the part in the middle. Every profile is verified before it is visible. Every shortlist is built by a casting manager against a written brief and checked against real availability. Every booking is contracted, and every payment is recorded against it — including guardian consent where anyone involved is under 18.
That structure is why we can promise a client that a shortlist is real, and promise talent that a fee agreed is a fee paid. It is also why we do not publish contact details or let a booking happen off-platform: the moment the agency is out of the middle, nobody is answerable for either promise.
Four principles, and they are load-bearing rather than decorative.
A client does not browse and hire. They describe the shoot and a casting manager builds the shortlist, because knowing who is right for a brief — and who will actually turn up — is the work. A directory hands you that problem back.
Identity and age are checked and a person reads every profile before it appears. Under-18 talent is accepted from 16 with a guardian on record who consents and countersigns.
Contact details are never published or passed to clients. Fees, contracts, consent and payment all run through us, which is the only reason we can stand behind availability and conduct on set.
Commission sits inside the figure a client is quoted, and talent are told their fee before they accept. Neither side is negotiating against the other through us.
Briefs, availability and rates all start the same way — tell us what the job is.
